All items in the Catalog are kept at our warehouse facilities in Kyoto, Japan. We can normally ship pieces out to you anywhere in the world within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Occationally it can take longer for a special item that needs specialist packing or shipping.

Pieces are usually shipped by Japan Post and are fully insured.
